This paper print is based on an original painting by Angie Meche Kilcullen. The original has been sold and is in a private collection.

 

This series portrays vulnerable children and addresses issues of systemic racism, neglect, abuse, poverty, and indifference. I ask viewers to look closely and contemplate what makes us the same (rather than what makes us different), and what things connect us as human beings.
